Just a quick note to say Happy Thanksgiving to all our family and friends. We spent the day visiting Serik and then had dinner with the Brabson's at their apartment - also there our interpreters and their driver. Needless to say we are just as full as we would have been in the U.S.!

Happy Turkey Day to you! Well you are now one day past it. Can't wait to meet Serik and see you guys home with him! He looks so happy. Glad they feed him a lot. He has those great cheeks that will need the extra chub for the pinching and kisses from all of us when you get home. Trent is now in his big boy bed and wants to give "Chandra and Kurt's baby" (he does not call him by name yet) his crib. I told him baby Serik has a crib so he was kinda bummed.

Happy Thanksgiving to you three. What a time to be so thankful - One, for connecting with your son and, two, for Serik entering into a family who will provide him so much love. This time in your life must feel incredible and a bit surreal. It's truly a blessing for you all.
Chandra, I am so proud of you for staying longer. Just remember, nothing changes in MN so soak up all the culture you can and all the time you have with Serik while abroad. And remember your friends and family are constantly thinking of you three!!
