Happy Thanksgiving from Kazakhstan - Post #100!

Happy Thanksgiving to you all. Just a quick post to add pcitures and send well wishes. Kurt made it home safe and sound. All here is good - except that Serik is missing his daddy and won't fall asleep unless I'm in the room with him. Had a good visit with Sasha although she has a big of a chest cold brewing. The doctor asked us to pick up some medicine for her and the group - just call us your local prescription delivery service.
As we were leaving Serik ran into the doctors office (as he does everyday) and got all his hugs and privyets, salems, etc. Somehow the whole diaper thing came up. A lot of tsk, tsking and saying that by his wearing diapers the "green house gas in his diaper will affect his sperm count and fertility later and we do want grandchildren don't we?"
That was a new one on me- didn't know that my kid produced vast amounts of methane with his bootie. Apparently we need to let a lot of air get to his boy parts - or so say the doctors - to combat fertility problems. Ahhhh.
We head to Lesya and Kevin Covert's for the 23lb turkey feast in an hour and a half - should be fun to gorge and then fall sound asleep in bed.
Notes from Serik:
As I'm trying to remember the stuff he says and writing it in a book - he takes my pen and notebook and says, "I'm writing my energy." Still haven't figured out the energy.
Pictures with Kurt are from Tuesday - playing on the apartment playground before he left and at the airport. Picture of Sasha is from today.
