Amsterdam and still Amsterdam

The flight over was uneventful - Kurt upgraded and was nice enough to let me have the seat. We had thought we would have a whole row in coach but the flight ended up totally booked. Serik slept with me in biz class for a couple of hours and then went back to daddy. When I asked him if he wanted to go back with daddy he said, 'no I want to go to Kazakhstan'. We made it to Amsterdam and had thought about going into the city, however it was rainy and we decided to pass. Flight was supposed to leave at 6:10, then 7:10, then 9:30 and now it's delayed until 11pm. Said it was either because of a lightening strike and fuses needed to be replaced or a bird flew in the engine - nice. How about a new plane.... We're alternating with naps and trying to stay awake until we get on the plane. More later when we get settled in Kaz.

She is so beautiful! It never ceases to amaze me how the sweet faces of the children light up when they meet thier forever family. You all look so very happy and complete Chandra, Kurt, and Serik! Sasha is the perfect little Hammond!

Thank you for allowing me to be a small part of your journey!
